Purpose in story:
He is the president of Pertlochry, an incompetent childish man who isn't fit for his important job.

Description:
Vasilli Kuznetov was born on 28th of February 1970. He is a childish happy man with a lot of energy.

He is quickly distracted and doesn't take on any responsibilities as president, he is spoiled and can't handle a no.

Due to lacking intelligence, twisting your words the right way can keep him happy no issue.

Appearance:
He is known to wear pink as frequently as possible, and he does not actually like wearing a suit.

He prefers pajamas with cute colourful characters on it, his eyes are dark brown of colour.

General Information:
Both his parents are dead, which makes him the last of the Kuznetov presidential family.
Although he is incompetent Perthlochry doesn't have enough candidates for a reelection.

He only puts value into having fun and watching his favourite show Pony friends.
He isn't allowed to leave the presidential building, which makes him require a lot of attention.

He sees his assistant Amandel Court as his best friend, and is often seen very close to him.
He also has a great liking to Zavier Lipovski, because he knew his father before he died.

He has a lot of toys, it fortunately keeps him busy enough not to get in the way much.
